Use your key card to start charging. Price: €0.40 per kWh.
You have access to a ski and boot depot at the Valisera cable car valley station. Simply use your Tante Anna key card – your depot number is printed on the back.
Reserve your sauna time on the slate board on the ground floor, opposite the shop. Bathrobes and sauna towels are ready for you in the apartment.
At the rear entrance you will find our bike room with charging facilities for e-bikes.
Our recycling room is next to the bike room. Please separate your waste properly and use the room only between 9:00 and 21:00.
Our shop, offering drinks and everyday items, is located on the ground floor near the rear exit.

If you’d like an interim cleaning or a change of bed linen and towels, simply let us know.
For your convenience, a shoe-cleaning set, sewing kit, washing machine & dryer, ironing facilities, and a vacuum cleaner are available at all times.

In the black folder in your kitchen drawer you’ll find instructions for all appliances.
A capsule coffee machine is ready for you to use – and if you’d prefer a classic filter coffee machine, we’ll gladly provide one.
We’ve stocked the kitchen with a few essentials: coffee capsules, tea, salt, pepper, and olive oil – so you can get started right away.
Please take care of the surfaces: avoid using abrasive sponges for cleaning.
Our mattresses are reversible with two firmness levels: by default, the firmer side is on top. If you find it too hard, simply turn the mattress.
Additional or hypoallergenic pillows are available on request – just let us know.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Ashtrays are available on the balcony or terrace.
ALERT
If you discover a fire, close the door to the affected room and immediately raise the alarm by telephone. In the event of fire, you will be alerted. Follow the instructions of the staff and remain calm.
RESCUE
If the escape route is blocked by smoke, close the door and stay in your room. Make yourself noticeable at the window and wait for the fire brigade.
EXTINGUISH
Familiarise yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and how to use them.
PREVENTION
Do not smoke in bed!
Do not empty ash into wastepaper baskets!
Avoid open flames!
We’ll gladly provide a wake-up call at your preferred time, ensuring you don’t miss the first gondola – or that magical sunrise on the peak.
For your convenience, you may deposit your valuables in our safe.
A telephone is available on request. And if you’re working remotely and need to print or scan documents, our colour printer/scanner is at your service.
